Our December All-Stars are Louis Caruso from the Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC and Ryan Mackey from the Philadelphia Wings! Our All-Stars are industry innovators and top performers working smarter to increase the overall success of their outings.

Non-Ticketed TBD Offer
Louis ran a Black Friday non-ticketed TBD Flexbook offer which included 14 vouchers that could be redeemed for 3 different price levels for any 2020 Pittsburgh Riverhounds regular season home match. 

77 Flexbooks sold for $11,600 in ticket revenue.

Fan Fest Combo Pack
Special offer included tickets to the Wings season opener along with access to a Fan Fest the following day. Ryan used the “Update Prices” feature to sell this offer as one ticket while still being able to financially account for both components.  

516 tickets sold for nearly $13k in revenue.

First Responders Theme Night
Offer included a game ticket, First Responders Night t-shirt and the opportunity for the largest department to present the color guard at the game. Offer Questions collected the name of each department and Opt-ins were used to gauge interest in suite rentals, group purchases and season ticket memberships. 

308 tickets sold for $17,470 in revenue. 

Alec Lask, Colorado Avalanche (NHL)
Star Wars Theme Night
Special offer was for a game on the night before the last Star Wars movie hit theaters and included a Star Wars Night t-shirt and select Star Wars characters available for photos on the concourse.  

272 tickets sold for over $16k in revenue. 

Marshall Drewry, Memphis Grizzlies (NBA)
Fan Experience Package: Youth Basketball
Buyers received tickets to a Grizzlies v. Kings game along with access to a youth basketball tournament on the Grizzlies court the following morning. Offer questions captured which youth basketball team the players/buyers were associated with and the youth team that sold the most tickets won a special FEP for their team.

451 tickets sold for $15k in revenue. 

Mike Bingham, Utah Jazz (NBA)
Fan Experience Package: Dance Group
Hybrid offer originally sold from 250 reserved seats before switching to pull from open inventory post deadline. Ticket delivery was digital via the Jazz app for all buyers and pregame performance participants

302 tickets sold for $11,327 in revenue. 

Heather Harris, Portland Trailblazers (NBA)
Pride Theme Night
The 4th Annual Rip City Pride Night celebrated diversity and inclusion with a portion of ticket sales and optional manual add-on donations benefitting a local non-profit. 

282 tickets sold for over $11k in revenue and $2,500 was collected in fundraising. 

Rory Specia, Florida Panthers (NHL)
School Attendance Program
Students that met attendance criteria were able to claim discounted tickets with the opportunity for family members to purchase additionals. Each purchase included free parking and Offer Questions were used to capture which school buyers were from. 

262 tickets sold for $10,600 in revenue. 

Emily Allen, Memphis Grizzlies (NBA)
Corporate Redemption
Emily utilized our Multiple Discount Code feature to set up a discount code for 2 free tickets with employee’s 8-digit ID numbers as the discount code. 

832 tickets were claimed and 42 additional tickets were purchased. 

Dana Drewniak, Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA)
Education Association
BOGO offer was set-up with a discount that was auto-applied at checkout. The group leader promoted via Direct URL and Facebook and buyers were entered to win FEP participation. 

249 tickets sold for $7,522 in revenue. 

Jeremy DeCurtins, Sioux Falls Skyforce (NBGL)
Alumni Fundraising
Offer included a discounted ticket, special edition player t-shirt and $2 of each ticket went back to the group. Offer Questions were used to capture t-shirt size. 

131 tickets sold for $2,200 in revenue. 

Bonnie Lattimore, Boston Cannons (MLL)
Non-Ticketed Offer: Youth Team Tryouts
Bonnie utilized our Non-Ticketed Offer feature for their Junior Cannons team tryouts. The team is coached by Cannons coaches and players and has the opportunity to play prior to a Cannons Away game. Offer Questions were used to capture participant graduation year and position. 

33 participants signed up for $3,135 in revenue.

Cara joins us from the Phoenix Suns, where she most recently was Director, Group Sales and The Source. Bringing 8 years of industry experience, Cara will be focused on growing new business opportunities within our west coast teams/venues. 
Tagan Horton
Account Manager

Tagan joined Groupmatics following graduation from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. She works closely with current clients to provide ongoing education about new features and share industry successes to help increase sales. 
Samantha Sconyers
Account Manager

Sam joins us from Wisr, where she helped lead client success efforts within technical support and marketing consulting. Sam is a part of our Account Manager team along with Tagan Horton, Joe Griffin and Dan Badders.
